Roberts Co were recently presented with the Diversity and Inclusion Award for a company under 250 people at the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards Dinner.
CEO, Alison Mirams proudly accepted the award.
“35 years ago female participation in the construction industry was 12.5 %. Today it is 12.5%.
Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
We can not keep doing the same things and thinking our diversity will change. We need to turn the industry upside down, break it and try new things. That is what we are doing at Roberts Co.”
