Our executive team brings proven tier one management experience to Roberts Co, sourced from a diverse range of backgrounds and with broad-ranging expertise that strengthens and unites us.
Alison has operated in executive roles for Australia’s largest property, construction and infrastructure firms. She led the NSW/ACT regional business unit of Lendlease’s Building business with more than $2 billion of work in hand and was a Regional Director of Brookfield Multiplex.
Alison Mirams Chief Executive Officer
Kylie joins Roberts Co with over 20 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles, most recently as CFO of Winning Group and previously at Seafolly. Our Executive Team look forward to Kylie’s fresh approach to the construction industry, challenging the way things have always been done.
Kylie Archer Chief Financial Officer
Phill joined Roberts Co after a 20-year career managing Savills, an Australasian project management and advisory business. Phill brings a proven knowledge of planning, structuring, design, approvals, construction and commissioning of large and complex development projects across all sectors.
Phill Andrew Head of Origination
Stephen is a highly experienced Operations Manager, bringing 25 years of experience to Roberts Co. Stephen was previously Operations Manager NSW/ACT for Lendlease’s Building business, and worked for Abigroup prior to its amalgamation with Lendlease, as well as Grocon and Baulderstone Hornibrook.

Our origination team is the first port of call for project enquiries. Our experienced team works closely with each client to understand their business drivers and identify their key success factors in order to deliver exceptional projects.
Sasha Kovic Manager – Origination
Sasha joined Roberts Co from Frasers Property Australia, where she held a Development Manager role and also worked as a client-side Project Manager in the residential team. She previously operated in site capacities for Multiplex and Richard Crookes Constructions. Sasha brings a strong understanding of client expectations and requirements to our team, which are complemented by her technical construction knowledge, excellent communication skills and wide industry network.
Jason Bruce Cost Planning Manager
Jason has extensive experience in delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney and regional NSW. Jason’s key skills include cost planning, cost management, budget analysis, value engineering and quantity surveying. These skills are complemented by his extensive organisational, mentoring and management knowledge. Jason will leverage these skills for the delivery of the project, driving the diligent management of project costs to create time and budget efficiencies.
Tom Brodie Innovation Lead
Tom has returned to Sydney after spending the past six years working in the Middle East as a Façade Manager for Multiplex. Tom has delivered complex facades the likes of which we don’t traditionally see in Australia including the Opus Building in Dubai. Tom’s purpose is to push Roberts Co to explore new and better ways of doing things. Tom’s focus is to challenge the design team to think differently, look for efficiencies and construction innovation opportunities.

Our projects are led by our senior delivery team, who bring a wealth of experience from major complex projects delivered both in Australia and overseas and know what it takes to execute effectively.
Damian Vella Project Manager
Damian has successfully delivered Zurich Tower in North Sydney, the first commercial project for Roberts Co, five weeks ahead of practical completion. Damian is now leading the team on the Schools at Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct for SINSW.
Damian’s track record includes delivering the Sydney International Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour, Westmead Millennium Institute and the multistorey car park at Sydney International Airport. Complemented by his excellent communication skills, Damian’s approach to construction management is appreciated by both clients, his teams and subcontractors.
Allan Young Project Manager
Bringing significant experience to Roberts Co, Allan has a deep understanding of the project cycle from inception to handover. In particular, Allan's project management roles on University of Canberra Public Hospital, South East Regional Hospital - Bega and Chris O'Brien Lifehouse developed leadership skills vital for successful project delivery. Allan is currently delivering the North Shore Health Hub project for Dexus in St Leonards.
Paul Ayoub Project Manager
Paul’s career has seen him work in multi-disciplinary teams in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. A qualified civil engineer, Paul most recently delivered projects at Sydney Airport, the Australian Embassy in Jakarta for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Sidra Medical Research Centre for the Qatar Foundation. Paul has been working on multiple ECI projects at Sydney Airport for Roberts Co.
James Stavropoulos Senior Project Manager
With a significant track record, James brings 40 years’ construction experience to Roberts Co. Over the last decade he has been delivering major public health and defence projects as Construction Director for the New Air Combat Capabilities Project and Project Director on the Tamworth Hospital Acute Services Building. James is currently working on the Concord Hospital Redevelopment project for NSW Health Infrastructure and trialling our 5-day work week.
William Service Project Manager
William is the Project Manager on our Liverpool Hospital and Academic Precinct Infrastructure Works for NSW Health Infrastructure. William is an experienced construction professional who has previously worked on projects such as Wynyard Walk for Transport for NSW and the Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre – Sydney’s largest pool complex.

Marie Khoury Executive Design Manager
Marie joined Roberts Co from PWC, where she was client-side project manager for the national property portfolio. With qualifications in civil engineering, Marie brings more than 20 years of planning, designing and constructing high-end construction and fit-out projects to the business, with a focus on commercial, residential and retail sectors. Marie has been leading the DfMA design for Schools at Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct for SINSW
Nick Kordas Executive Design Manager
With a degree in Architecture, Nick has developed a sophisticated understanding of design over his three-decade career. Nick successfully led the design for the first project for Roberts Co, Zurich Tower in North Sydney. Nick’s recent experience includes projects at Sydney Airport, NACC Facilities for the Department of Defence, and Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment. He is accustomed to working through design methodologies, systems and management strategies to achieve client requirements.
Chris Billinghurst Executive Design Manager
Chris brings more than 25 years’ experience to Roberts Co. Most recently, Chris has worked on the Concord Hospital Redevelopment project for NSW Health Infrastructure. With qualifications in architecture, he spent the last 14 years in design management roles with tier one contractors. Previously, Chris played a key role in managing the design process for Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1, Northern Beaches Hospital and Wynyard Walk.
Daniel Arzamendia Executive Design Manager
Daniel has 20 years’ experience in the Property and Construction Industry with a degree in Architecture. He has exceptional skills in Design Management with a comprehensive understanding of buildability and value management to drive successful outcomes. Daniel has worked on iconic projects in Sydney including the high-rise residential project One Central Park Broadway, the Museum of Contemporary Art Redevelopment, and most recently on the State Government tenanted commercial building at Macquarie Park incorporating smart building and digital engineering technology.
Kirby Rees Design Manager
As a registered architect, Kirby’s technical knowledge has developed while working in both consulting and construction design roles, delivering commercial, workplace, education, laboratories, public domain & cultural projects. Highlights of her career working with public sector clients include CSIRO’s Synergy Building and the Sydney Opera House Renewal.
Ky Phung Design Manager
Ky is a registered Architect and has worked on major Aviation projects at Sydney Airport, Brisbane Airport, Christchurch Airport, Commercial projects, Aged Care, Health Care, Independent Living, High Rise Residential, Retail, Defence and Hospitality Projects over his 20+ years as an Architect. Being involved across a wide range of projects has helped Ky to develop a deep understanding and knowledge in design, construction, specific needs and requirements of each sector. Ky is currently working on the Concord Hospital Redevelopment project for NSW Health Infrastructure.
Melissa Jones Design Manager
Melissa has more than 15 years’ construction experience on new builds, large scale retail developments, commercial fit-outs as well as refurbishments. Her projects have included the Louis Vuitton flagship store in Sydney, the national Commonwealth Bank branch roll out, Virgin Australia Club and VIP national roll out and St Pancras International Terminal in London. Most recently, Melissa has been running the design on the North Shore Health Hub project for Dexus in St Leonards.
David McDonnell Design Manager
David joined Roberts Co with over 15 years' industry experience. In his various roles within Architect firms he's managed teams across a broad range of projects during both tender and construction phases. He developed his expertise in BIM management and multi-model coordination across a number of project platforms and has a great understanding of project set up and best practice modelling techniques. At Roberts Co, David has been instrumental for the DfMA design for Schools at Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct for SINSW.
Tim Wellings Services Manager
A mechanical engineer, Tim brings more than twenty years’ experience in the design and installation of building services to Roberts Co. Tim has worked on major projects including Northern Beaches Hospital, Barangaroo International Towers, Liverpool Hospital Redevelopment and large joint venture project City of Dreams Entertainment Resort in Macau. At Roberts Co, Tim has worked on Zurich Tower in North Sydney, North Shore Health Hub project for Dexus in St Leonards and the Liverpool Hospital and Academic Precinct Infrastructure Works for NSW Health Infrastructure.
David Layzell Services Manager
With over 20 years of experience in construction management and an MBA from UQ, David brings a multiskilled approach to his work as a Services Manager with Roberts Co. His experience working for companies such as Baulderstone, Abigroup and Lendlease has provided an exposure to large and complicated construction projects. These include Brisbane Square Commercial Tower, Tamworth Hospital Redevelopment and the NACC Facilities for the Department of Defence. Most recently, David has been working on the Concord Hospital Redevelopment project for NSW Health Infrastructure.
Brendan Coates Services Manager
Brendan is a versatile and widely experienced services manager, with strong commercial acumen. He has more than 14 years' experience including driving project teams to achieve multiple Green Star ratings often exceeding contract requirements, multiple NABERS ratings on projects such as ANZ Tower, 5 Martin Place, The Ribbon and The Hyde Apartments. Brendan is currently working on the Schools at Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct for SINSW.
Daniel Yates Services Manager
Dan is a Building Services Manager with 23 years’ experience. Since moving to Australia, Dan has worked with Tier 1 contractors John Holland and Scentre Group and has managed the services on a range of complex commercial projects including: shopping centres, correctional facilities, hospitals and commercial offices valued up to $1b+. Daniel has been working on multiple ECI projects at Sydney Airport for Roberts Co.
Andy Gray Project Engineer - Services
Andy started his career as an undergraduate engineer. He then gained services experience on the Royal North Shore Hospital redevelopment, and civil and structural experience on projects including Ravenhall Prison in Victoria and QCLNG Upstream Project in Queensland. At Roberts Co, Andy brings a multi-disciplined approach to design and delivery, and has worked on the successfully completed Zurich Tower in North Sydney.
