Our executive team brings proven tier one management experience to Roberts Co, sourced from a diverse range of backgrounds and with broad-ranging expertise that strengthens and unites us.
Since 2018, Matt successfully lead the NSW/ACT team at John Holland as General Manager. Matt's tenure saw John Holland re-establish itself as a leading builder in NSW. Previously, he enjoyed a 24 year career at A W Edwards, developing from an undergraduate site cadet to Associate Director.
A relationship driven leader, Matt is passionate about the future of construction. Specifically diversity, technology and ensuring the growth of all those around him.

Alison has operated in executive roles for Australia’s largest property, construction and infrastructure firms. She led the NSW/ACT regional business unit of Lendlease’s Building business with more than $2 billion of work in hand and was a Regional Director of Brookfield Multiplex.

Kylie joins Roberts Co with over 20 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles, most recently as CFO of Winning Group and previously at Seafolly. Our Executive Team look forward to Kylie’s fresh approach to the construction industry, challenging the way things have always been done.

Phill joined Roberts Co after a 20-year career managing Savills, an Australasian project management and advisory business. Phill brings a proven knowledge of planning, structuring, design, approvals, construction and commissioning of large and complex development projects across all sectors.

Damian is a highly committed, ambitious construction professional who has made a significant contribution to a series of diverse projects in operational environments. A lateral thinker with demonstrated supervisory skills, Damian’s approachability and ability to communicate at all levels enable him to manage the priorities of diverse groups.

Paul is civil engineer by trade with over 18 years of experience in complex building projects including residential, commercial, data centres, health and government projects. A strong leader, Paul excels in stakeholder management. His clear, open and honest communication ensures a united project team, delivering the best project possible for his clients.

In a career spanning 18 years, Andrew has obtained broad exposure to all sectors of the construction industry and has true end-to-end development experience.
In his previous role as Pre-Construction Director (VIC), Andrew has led all facets of Roberts Co Victoria’s front-end, including business development, tender management, estimating and design.

Seamus is a driven and energetic leader in both pre-construction and delivery roles. With 25 years’ experience, he is known for his effective communication and the ability to deliver operationally with a balanced approach to client satisfaction and business profitability. Seamus blends his entrepreneurial spirit, keen interest in innovation and unconventional thinking to set and deliver strategic business objectives.

both site-based and corporate level experience and is a strong advocate for positive workplace culture and wellbeing through proactive engagement across the business.

Patrick co-founded Monaco Hickey in 1994. With over 25 years of experience in the health and pharmaceutical sectors of the building industry, Patrick has been responsible for the delivery of a significant number of highly technical and complex projects throughout Australia. Patrick's construction management expertise extends to the master planning, program formulation and systems development of major projects undertaken by the company. He is respected for his abilities to manage project design teams during all phases of projects within the constraints of time, quality and cost.
