We were incredibly proud to be awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Award for a company under 250 people at the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards Dinner last week. It was wonderful recognition of the work we have done at Roberts Co to create diversity of thought throughout the business.
We believe that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’ so have focused on ensuring visibility of women in non-traditional and leadership roles.
