During the AFR Property Summit yesterday, Roberts Co chief executive Alison Mirams said finding enough construction workers to meet demand would be challenging without “very dramatic” changes in the way the industry operates.
“You’re not going to get it through immigration that quickly, so we need to be smart about how we build.”
