Roberts Co are proud to have completed our second project, the North Shore Health Hub for our clients Dexus and Savills.

A site with many challenges that were overcome as a result of the collaboration and passion from the Roberts Co team lead by Project Manager Allan Young, Site Managers Gary Challis and Malcolm Pack, alongside the subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Thanks to architects, Billard Leece Partnership, and structural engineers, Northrop Consulting Engineers. Feats include the shoring and excavation on a significantly steep site with a 18m cross fall, and the successful installation of a 76m link bridge in a live hospital environment, both occurring safely after meticulous planning.

The North Shore Health Hub is a mixed-use medical facility owned by the Dexus Healthcare Property Fund, located immediately adjacent to the Royal North Shore Hospital and the North Shore Private Hospital. The building will be occupied by a diverse mix of health users including a day surgery facility, medical centre, medical imaging, pathology, cancer treatment, other associated healthcare uses, medical consulting suites and retail amenity.
