Indi Footscray Tops Out

Roberts Co proudly celebrated a major milestone at Indi Footscray, marking the topping out of this exciting BTR project with our clients, Investa and Oxford Properties Group, and other project partners.

Located next to Footscray Train Station and just 12 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, this 702-apartment development will house over 1,200 residents and feature shared spaces, tailored events, a rooftop barbecue and dining area, co-working spaces, a fitness centre, a cinema, and a public piazza with retail.

Smart building and sustainability features include meeting the Residential Low Carbon Building Criteria under the Climate Bonds Standard, while the development is fully electric with all common areas powered by 100% renewable electricity, and it has achieved a 7 Star average NatHERS Energy rating and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating.
