Roberts Co has announced that Damian Vella will step into the role of State Director – NSW, effective immediately. In this newly created role, Damian will lead the NSW business as we continue to grow.

Damian is a highly skilled, relationship driven leader with an intricate knowledge of the Roberts Co business and deep relationships within the NSW market. Damian Vella is a highly experienced construction professional, having worked in the industry for over 23 years. He has been with Roberts Co since 2017, delivering our maiden project, Zurich Tower project in North Sydney. He has since been responsible for the successful delivery of Schools at Meadowbank Education & Employment Precinct for School Infrastructure NSW as Project Manager, and was previously overseeing the delivery of multiple projects across NSW in the capacity of Construction Director.

Prior to Roberts Co, Damian held various roles within Lendlease, including delivery of the International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour.
