Congratulations to winner Jenneli Mink, PE, CPEng from the Safety Focused Performance Joint Venture (SFPJV) for her work on the Eastern Treatment Plant (ETP) Waste Activated Sludge Thickening Capacity Upgrade. Jenneli’s innovative design at the ETP has enhanced efficiency, sustainability, and community impact, lowering costs and reducing the carbon footprint of Melbourne’s largest sewage treatment plant.

A special mention to Krysti Henderson from Alchemy Construct®, who received a commendation for her exceptional work on La Trobe Private Hospital. Krysti’s user-focused design transformed the facility, with her leadership guiding a project that met strict regulatory needs and exceeded operational expectations.
