Safety is an essential component of everything we do at Roberts Co and we approach it holistically; going beyond process and procedures and focusing on hearts and minds of our team, peers and partners.
During one of our immersive workshops, held in partnership with Health Infrastructure and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, we asked the children at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead what safety signifies to them.
The children’s responses were so encouraging and supportive, we adopted their wisdom as a daily beacon at the site office. These heartfelt interactions reaffirm our commitment to fostering a culture of safety that resonates not only within Roberts Co but also echoes through the communities we touch.
