Roberts Co’s transition into Melbourne over the last 13 months has been an exciting one, both with the expansion of the team and new business opportunities.

Roberts Co has announced that Luke Stambolis, previously Managing Director (VIC) has transitioned into a consultative role, heading up a key joint venture opportunity as he steps down from his current full-time role.

Matt Bourne, CEO, stated, “Our acquisition and growth into Melbourne would not have been possible without the dedication from Luke, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his tireless and hard work. I look forward to continuing working with Luke in his new role moving forward.”

Andrew La Rocca, previously Pre-Construction Director (VIC) has been promoted to State Director (VIC).

Andrew La Rocca is an accomplished Construction Executive having assumed senior management positions in both site and office-based roles with Melbourne’s premier Tier 1 Contractors. In a career spanning 18 years, Andrew has obtained broad exposure to all sectors of the construction industry and has true end-to-end development experience.

Andrew was previously working with Probuild for five years leading into Roberts Co’s acquisition of Probuild Victoria in April 2022. In his role as Pre-Construction Director (VIC), Andrew has led all facets of Roberts Co Victoria’s front-end, including business development, tender management, estimating and design.
