We recently launched our Cultivate Sponsorship program with four senior leaders (sponsors) who are paired with four emerging leaders for the duration of the 6-month program, working through a number of leadership modules.
Sponsors believe and invest in the careers of emerging leaders by giving them access to opportunity, supporting their skill development and advocating for them. This is one of the many initiatives Roberts Co has implemented to reduce gender disparities within the organisation and another empowering tool to help women break the glass ceiling.
