VICTORIA

  • We have recently moved to an exclusive ECI position and are working through a negotiated GMP process for a 200,000m2 Multi-Level logistics facility for a renowned global tech brand. Construction works are scheduled to commence in May/ June 2023.
  • We have recently been given an exclusive opportunity to negotiate a 10-Level commercial office in Richmond for one of our preferred clients, Dexus. Our GMP submission is due on 20 January 2023, with works scheduled to commence onsite on April 2023.
  • We have recently been given an exclusive opportunity to negotiate a mixed-use development in Richmond (adjacent to the Dexus) comprising a 9-level Residential and 9-level commercial building of a common retail podium and basement for Forits Developments. Our submission is due in early February 2023 , with works scheduled to commence onsite in June 2023.
  • We continue to work through post-tender clarifications related to our ECI Submission for the Southbank by Beulah twin-tower hyper mixed-use development for Beulah International. The ECI process is expected to commence in early 2023, with construction works to follow in early 2024.
  • We await tender award for 3 x separate packages of works at Simpson Barracks. Following an encouraging amount of queries, award is expected in March 2023, with works scheduled to start onsite promptly thereafter.
  • We have been working through post tender clarifications and presentations for the MMIC Building at Monash University tendered under the Monaco Hickey brand. Contract award is expected in January 2023.
  • We have secured a position as construction partner within the PDG and Investa consortium who will next year bid for the mixed-use development at Fitzroy Gas works for Development Victoria. Along with a significant retail component, the development is expected to include a mix of over 1,800 BTR and BTS Apartments.
  • We have a strong pipeline of committed tenders for the first half of 2023, including projects in our key sectors of commercial, residential, retail, tertiary education and mixed-use. Excitingly, these include several opportunities for the Monaco Hickey brand as well as the core Roberts Co business.
  • After an encouraging introduction to VHBA, we anticipate that in 2023 we will tender our first wave of Government Health projects in mid to late 2023 as we look to further diversify the Victorian workbook and tap into an upcoming multi-billion-dollar pipeline of exciting social infrastructure projects.

NSW 

  • We’ve recently been named the preferred construction partner as part of ISPT’s team to deliver a commercial and medical building for St John’s at Sydney University. Planning will begin next year with construction expected to commence in early 2025.
  • We’re currently working through the post-tender process for iQ Westmead Stage 2 (commercial tower) and Altis Liverpool (BTR). We have presented to both clients and have submitted post-tender RFIs for both projects.
  • We are currently working on tenders for Carlingford & Cumberland Schools Package; Holsworthy Barracks Special Forces for Defence ; and Amazon (Project Echidna) data centre, all of which will be submitted early next year.
  • We have been shortlisted to tender on Orchard Hills Explosive Ordinance Storage ECI for the Department of Defence, which will be issued early next year.
  • We are expecting tenders in the new year for Ecove Homebush (commercial and residential tower), 12 Hassall Street (Gurner BTR) and Uniting Coombah (aged care/seniors living).
