Project Update: CSL Hawara

Key updates for the beginning of August Roberts Co

The CSL Hawara project continues to progress with the following key updates for the beginning of August:

  • Energisation (power on) has commenced in July.
  • Defect logging and rectification to commence in August.
  • Base Build Practical Completion (PC) was achieved on 1st July (concrete structure, rooftop structural steel and curtain wall)
  • Finishes well underway – joinery, floor and wall finishes, paint, access floor
  • Vibration slab to loading bay commenced 1st August
  • Shopfront glazing nearing completion
  • All façade scaffold dismantled in September
  • External landscaping commenced in July
  • Final Tower Crane dismantled in July (all tower cranes and hoists now removed)
  • All specialist CSL equipment now on site and in the process of being connected to process services (mechanical and electrical connections)
