• Facade rectification work progressing well

• New starter Alex Favaloro – welcome aboard! Alex has settled in quickly and is having a positive impact to the team
• Hazmat removal approaching completion – high level of stakeholder interactions required
• Services rough-in to tower floors progressing well – finishes to follow
• Management of existing floor deflections and existing screed remains intensive
• Resolution reached on a number of Latent Conditions and client issues, including FRV Approvals and Underpinning to B1
• Management of live retail tenancies ongoing and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• New site office on Level 1 approaching completion.
