Early works have commenced, and early contractor involvement is well underway with a main works offer to be made on the 1st of February.
The site consists of several in ground risks, ground gases requiring capping and a membrane to prevent leakage. Settlement, the site is reclaimed land and will sink up to 200mm without engineering controls put in place.
