Project Announcement: 3 McNab Avenue, Footscray

We are thrilled to have been named preferred on the 3 McNab Avenue Build to Rent (BTR) development in Footscray for our new client Investa. The development is Investa’s first BTR project being rolled out as part of a proposed multi-billion dollar pipeline under their new ‘Indi’ brand in partnership with Oxford Properties.

In what we believe may be an industry first, the New Business team first tendered the project as Probuild in December 2021, were shortlisted as Probuild in February 2022, submitted a best and final offer as Probuild (Under Administration) in March 2022 and then went on to negotiate the project to preferred status as Roberts Co throughout April 2022. This process was aided strongly by an existing relationship with the Roberts Co business and we hope this is a sign of more good things to come in the New Business space moving forward.

  • 702 Build to Rent Apartments over 3 Buildings:
    • Building A: 19 Storeys
    • Building B: 16 Storeys
    • Building C: 8 Storeys
  • 275 Carparking spaces
  • Amenities including gymnasium, co-working space, private dining, lounge and games areas and a rooftop basketball court
