In 2012, Monaco Hickey was contracted to build the Wyndham Vale Primary Care Centre, a superclinic providing much needed health services in an area of rapid urban growth
This primary care centre was designed to accommodate a range of GP and practitioner consulting rooms. Additional diagnostic and treatment spaces included dental and consultancy spaces as well as a child care facility.
To allow for future expansion, Monaco Hickey constructed two pods on the second level. The team also worked on outdoor landscaping structures to complement the architectural design. This project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
