The refurbishment and extension of Jewishcare’s intensive care facility in Caulfield resulted in the conversion of existing retired/aged care rooms to high quality single bed ensuites.
Monaco Hickey constructed a secure dementia wing, together with a hotel style general aged care wing over a new basement carpark. Monaco Hickey also updated the back of house kitchens and laundry facilities, which allowed the client to increase its resident uptake.
The existing facilities were contained within a building that required significant structural and infrastructure upgrade to enable compliance. The end result was a modern, high quality and efficient nursing home.
