Our executive team brings proven tier one management experience to Roberts Co, sourced from a diverse range of backgrounds and with broad-ranging expertise that strengthens and unites us.
Emma joined the Roberts Co Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2024 following her previous roles as the company's inaugural CFO and COO for the RF Group. Prior to that, Emma has had extensive experience in the industry at both Multiplex and Built. Her strategic acumen and leadership will be instrumental as Roberts Co prepares for its next stage of growth as it consolidates and expands its presence in key sectors.

Renee is National HR Manager for Roberts Co, leading HR operations nationally for circa 340 corporate and project-based employees. Renee implements the overall People Strategy for Roberts Co, working closely with the Executive to develop a framework of initiatives, programs and tools to build people capability in alignment with the business strategy whilst driving employee engagement. She was awarded Australian HR Rising Start of the Year 2022 and is an active member of the PCA People and Culture Committee.
