UNO MELBOURNE – A JEWEL ON THE CITY’S SKYLINE

Roberts Co is proud to have reached Practical Completion at Uno Melbourne for client, S P Setia.

Located on the vibrant A’Beckett Street and designed by well-renowned architects Elenberg Fraser, UNO Melbourne’s floor-to-ceiling shimmering dichroic glass façade changes colours throughout the day as the sun moves through the sky.

Construction began on-site in September 2020, with the project including restoration of the heritage façade, excavation and construction of a new two-level basement back to ground level, and construction of a 65-storey tower above consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as well as signature and super penthouse apartments.

Completion of Stage 1 in November 2022 included a high-end lobby, teppanyaki private dining, club lounge, media room, library, gym, yoga room, indoor pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Recent completion of Stage 2 includes over 400 apartments as well as two signature-penthouse apartments in addition to publicly accessible and community-focused amenities such as a yoga studio, games room and an external terrace on Level 09.
