Roberts Co is proud to have reached the first stage of Practical Completion at Uno Melbourne for our client, S P Setia, who has now handed keys over to residents.
The project included the restoration of the heritage façade, excavation and construction of a new two-level basement back to ground level, and construction of a 65-storey tower above consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as well as sub and penthouse apartments.
The extensive facilities on offer for residents include a high-end lobby, teppanyaki private dining, club lounge, media room, library, gym, yoga room, indoor pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Publicly accessible and community-focused amenities will also be delivered as part of Stage 2.
Construction began on-site in September 2020, with the project due for completion in mid-2023.
