On behalf of Principal, Andrew Roberts and CEO, Matt Bourne, Roberts Co extends it’s gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding leadership and contributions of Alison Mirams, who is stepping down as Executive Chair, following 6 years of dedicated service, previously in the role as CEO.

Alison took the opportunity to reflect on her time at Roberts Co.

“The past year has been a fabulous year for me as Executive Chair of Roberts Co. I was blessed to enjoy a year with a fresh outlook on life, more time with my family and working on my handicap.

My time at Roberts Co has been the most enjoyable and rewarding of my 30-plus year career in this incredible industry. It excites me to see the business continue to grow and make an impact under Matt Bourne’s leadership, who is doing an incredible job as CEO.

I’ve decided that it’s the right time for me to retire from my role as Executive Chair. I would like to sincerely thank everyone for the support you have given to Roberts Co since our launch in 2017.”

CEO Matt Bourne emphasised the influence Alison had on others in her time at Roberts Co.

“In addition to the endless professional accomplishments, Alison has fostered a culture of innovation, integrity, and collaboration within Roberts Co and with all of our partners. She has been a mentor and inspiration to many, leaving an indelible mark on the company’s ethos and values.”

Alison will be greatly missed, and we wish her continued success and fulfilment in her future endeavours, including on the golf course!
