Roberts Co is proud to announce that Seamus Egan has been promoted to General Manager – Victoria.

With nearly 25 years of experience in pre-construction, operations, and delivery across tier one and tier two construction companies, Seamus brings invaluable expertise to our executive team.

Since joining Roberts Co in August 2023, he has led the New Business team in Victoria with remarkable insight and commitment, delivering significant impact across our projects and building strong client partnerships.

In his new role, Seamus will oversee all functions for Victoria, focusing on our core sectors of health, education, life sciences, data centres and specialist infrastructure. Matt Bourne, CEO, is pleased to promote from within for this pivotal role, aimed at driving Roberts Co’s long-term strategy in Victoria across these core sectors.
