Roberts Co is proud to present Ellie Hodges with the inaugural Roberts Co 2022 Site Scholarship for Women. A dedicated and driven young woman, Ellie is currently working on site with the incredibly supportive Cubitt’s Granny Flats & Home Extensions, delivering residential projects in Sydney’s south and studying at TAFE NSW Ingleburn.

Roberts Co CEO Matt Bourne commented, “I’m honoured to be presenting Ellie with this scholarship and am excited to see how her career progresses through the industry. I believe it’s incredibly important to increase female participation in construction, especially within site-based roles, which is what we’re hoping to achieve with the Roberts Co Site Scholarship for Women”.

The scholarship will provide Ellie with a financial prize to assist in furthering her education, as well as career coaching, guided site visits and networking opportunities, and the opportunity for paid employment at Roberts Co.

Applications for the 2023 Site Scholarship for Women will be open later this year.
