Roberts Co is proud to be appointed by HOME to deliver the HOME Parramatta Build to Rent (BTR) development.

Designed by Stanisic Architects and DKO Architecture, the stunning 47-level tower in Parramatta’s CBD includes 428 meticulously crafted dwellings and luxurious amenities such as a pool, spa, gym, multi-function room, private dining area, kitchen and lounge, massage room, communal laundry, TV room, work hub, sky terraces, sky lounges, and landscaped areas.

The first two levels will feature retail spaces, with office spaces on levels three to six. Upon completion, this iconic tower will be the crown jewel on the eastern edge of Parramatta’s CBD, delivering an extraordinary rental experience.

This appointment reinforces Roberts Co’s dedication to continue building quality developments across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, bringing the tally of BTR apartments currently being delivered to over 1100 nationally.
