Roberts Pizzarotti is proud to have partnered with Northrop Consulting Engineers and Cherrie Civil Engineering to complete the challenging shoring and excavation at our North Shore Health Hub project for Dexus.

Roberts Pizzarotti understood the complexities of the site conditions would require many months of planning before works could commence on site safely. However, the programme required an immediate start on site.

Prior to Dexus issuing the tender, Roberts Pizzarotti partnered with the expertise of Cherrie Civil Engineering to develop a detailed methodology and design that was safe, minimised impact to the surrounding health campus and a programme that was accurate.

Following the submission of our successful offer, Roberts Pizzarotti entered a collaborative partnership with Northrop Consulting Engineers, where our methodology and design was further enhanced.

This collaborative approach and effective ECI allowed the works on site to commence immediately upon contract award.
