Margaret Makary joined Roberts Co as a cadet while studying for her Bachelor of Construction Management at University of Technology Sydney, balancing the demands of university with hands-on experience in the field, working across a range of functions. These include engineering, commercial, design, services and safety, where Margaret identified her passion.

After completing her studies and thriving within the safety team at HOME Parramatta, Margaret has now stepped into her new role as HSE Coordinator, a well-earned promotion that reflects her commitment to safety and excellence in our industry.
