We’re thrilled to welcome Neil Koest to our team, bringing with him nearly 40 years of invaluable experience. Neil began his career as an Architect, spending 18 years in architectural firms before transitioning to the contractor side in 2003.
Neil’s extensive expertise in design management has seen him take ownership of design processes, leading teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients. His skillset covers all aspects of design, from client and stakeholder management, authorities liaison, consultant management, to the development of comprehensive design management protocols. Neil is also highly experienced in Risk Management, Value Management, Safety in Design, and mentoring teams for project success.
Throughout his career, Neil has contributed to significant public infrastructure, correctional, defence, health and science projects, including Clarence Correctional Centre, Southern Qld Correctional Centre, Blacktown Hospital New Clinical Services, Lavarack Barracks Stage 4, Griffith University Health Care Centre (G40), Institute of Molecular Bioscience – University of Queensland, KBRB Health Sciences Precinct and the Royal Brisbane Hospital Upgrades.
