SHAPING YOUNG LIVES I Roberts Co Project Engineer Sara Aren was invited to participate in the recent Inspiring the Future Australia (IFA) event, “Our Leaders of Tomorrow”, a session showcasing the career journeys of trailblazing women from high school to ‘where they are now’. Designed and presented by IFA in collaboration with Women in Design and Construction and TTM Consulting Pty Ltd.

Sara was proud to speak about her career and experience as a project engineer to the senior high school students in attendance, “It was a unique and exciting occasion to be able to share my knowledge, as a female in the construction industry, with my colleagues from other industries and the younger generation of future professionals.”

“It was evident that in order to evolve in any industry as a woman, all of us need to be involved in a continuous learning and professional growth which influences our self-confidence thus our ability to succeed.”
