Roberts Co’s first and second year graduates met this week for an immersive team experience at The Fairfield Boathouse, hearing from Senior Leaders Andrew La Rocca, Ben Williams, Seamus Egan and Robin Elliott, along with past graduate Mon Astorino. They were joined by HSE manager Aymen Ibrahim and members from the Graduate Leadership Team; Rose Fleming, Tom Robinson, Alex McDonald and Demi Amanatidis.

The team focused on mindfulness and reflection of their careers, with some friendly competition as the Grads took on the Graduate Leadership Team in a row boat competition down the Yarra. Paris Olympics still an option for a few!

The Roberts Co Victorian Graduate Program is a two year program where graduates learn from the most talented minds in our industry, while gaining hands on experience.
