Roberts Co’s first and second year graduates met today for an immersive team experience at URBNSURF, hearing from senior leaders Matt Bourne, CEO and Luke Stambolis, Managing Director (VIC) who shared their career stories and insights.
The team enjoyed jumping in the water for a surfing lesson and finished the day with a group lunch. The World Surf League not out of the question for some!
The Roberts Co Victorian Graduate Program is a two year program where graduates will learn from the most talented minds in our industry, while gaining hands on experience.
