36% reduction in operational GHG emissions with energy-efficient systems and on-site solar
42% reduction in potable water usage, supported by a 40kL rainwater tank and efficient fixtures
Climate-resilient design including allowance for increased stormwater flows

6 EV charging stations and 226 bike parks (20% of staff)
Extensive end-of-trip facilities (32 showers, 336 lockers)
Near public transport, including the upcoming Parkville train station
