✅ 29% reduction in environmental impact across the building’s lifecycle
✅ 95% responsibly sourced steel, 99% certified timber, 92% best practice PVC products
✅ 99% of internal finishes are low VOC and formaldehyde
✅ Maximum points for sustainable product procurement

Building Performance:
✅ 36% reduction in operational GHG emissions with energy-efficient systems and on-site solar
✅ 42% reduction in potable water usage, supported by a 40kL rainwater tank and efficient fixtures
✅ Climate-resilient design including allowance for increased stormwater flows

Building Amenities:
✅ 6 EV charging stations and 226 bike parks (20% of staff)
✅ Extensive end-of-trip facilities (32 showers, 336 lockers)
✅ Near public transport, including the upcoming Parkville train station
✅ Best practice thermal comfort, natural daylight, and acoustic performance
✅ Large green roofs with native vegetation accessible to tenants
