Roberts Co joined clients Hoye and Woodlink, along with the Lanson Place team and project managers, Duo Projects at the topping out ceremony for 502 Albert Street.

Situated in a premium location on East Melbourne’s Albert Street, the 15-storey, 4.5-star boutique hotel will include 140 rooms, two basement levels, food and beverage on ground floor and a rooftop terrace on level 14. Amenities include pool and spa facilities, gymnasium and guest lounge.

The project will see the building’s heritage architectural design preserved whilst achieving a 5-star Green Star Rating.
