Over the past few weeks, 130 Little Collins has reached new heights and milestones, thanks to the dedication and collaboration of our partners at Golden Age Group, subcontractors, consultants and the Roberts Co project team, led by Project Manager, Vincent Aloi.
While making steady progress on site, the building core now climbs to Level 19, alongside slabs progressing to Level 17 and our facade works well underway now reaching level 7.
Designed by Cox Architecture and interiors by Hecker Guthrie, 130 Little Collins stands as a testament to Golden Age Group’s commitment to sustainability and architectural excellence, and is on a promising path to shaping Melbourne’s Paris-End.
