Roberts Co delivered the 65 storey apartment building above one of Melbourne’s finest examples of early streamlined modern architecture.
The project includes restoration of the heritage façade, excavation and construction of a new two-level basement back to ground level and construction of a 65 storey tower above consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as sub and penthouse apartments.
The extensive residential facilities include lobby area, teppanyaki private dining, lounge, bar, entertaining space, media and library facilities. The development also includes publicly accessible and community-focused amenities in the form of retail space and childcare.
