The unique design by renowned architects, Hillam Architects includes a collection of two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, sub-penthouses, and penthouses.
The Dunes amenities are unrivalled in the area and include a swimming pool, multiple ocean-facing lounge and dining areas, sunset terrace, and wine cellar and tasting room. Additional features include a sauna, gymnasium, games room, and book retreat.
Construction commenced in December 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
