Roberts Co are currently undertaking the ECI Planning Phase for the new Sydney Olympic Park High School. Delivered across two stages, the completed project will provide a new 9-stream high school with 1530 student spaces.

The school incorporates learning spaces specific to senior school requirements including science, visual arts, performance, fitness, wood/metal, food technology and supporting spaces. Split across six levels, the school will also include a library, administration, staff areas, student services, a canteen, outdoor covered workshop and a quadrangle.

Car parking will be delivered on site alongside a playing field for shared use and landscaped playground areas. Working with our design partners Woods Bagot, we developed an alternative design throughout the tender phase.

This responded to planning, EFSG and DfMA requirements, streamlining the school’s footprint and maximising open play space. Roberts Co are leading design development through the ECI Planning Phase, with works on site due to commence in March 2022.

This project is being delivered as a 5-day work week program, a first for School Infrastructure NSW.
