Roberts Co was engaged to manage the design development, through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement, for the construction of a proposed new 13-storey hotel at 38 Baxter Road, Mascot.
The Moxy Hotel will comprise of 301 hotel rooms; entry from Baxter Road for guest drop-off/pick-up and shuttle bus service; reception, lounge/waiting area, café, library, restaurant and back of house services on the ground floor; and car parking spaces on Level 1 to Level 3.
Construction began on site in September 2021, with the project due for completion in late 2022.
