Roberts Co has secured the D&C contract for MQX4 at Macquarie Exchange in Macquarie Park with joint venture partners Frasers Property Industrial and Winten Property Group, alongside Touchstone Partners as Client Project Manager, on the first stage of this innovative precinct.

MQX4 is the first of 4 four new commercial office buildings that will form the centre of Macquarie Exchange – Australia’s first community business district and a vibrant mixed-use destination occupying prime position at the entrance of the new Macquarie Park Metro Station.

Beautifully designed by architects Bates Smart, the 9-storey MQX4 building (20,668m2 GFA) will comprise of PCA A-grade office space, ground floor retail and four levels of basement car parking.

The project will deliver target a 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating, 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating, a 4.5 Star NABERS Water rating, WELL Silver Shell and Core certification, WiredScore Gold Certification as well as incorporate some of the industry’s leading Smart Building technologies.
