Roberts Co has been engaged to deliver the second stage of three ultra-modern buildings that bridge Parkville’s Biomedical district with Melbourne’s CBD.
Stage 2 comprises a 16 storey building that will accommodate collaboration between academic institutions and industry, supporting and advancing Melbourne’s position as a centre for research, development and innovation.
Work commenced on the 5-star Green Star rated project in February 2020, with completion mid-2022. Roberts Co were also engaged for the specialist integrated fitout, CSL Melbourne.
