Roberts Co has been engaged to deliver a 4.5 star boutique hotel for Lanson Place, including pool and spa facilities, gymnasium and guest lounge.
Situated in a premium location on East Melbourne’s Albert Street, the 15 level tower will include 140 hotel rooms; two basement levels; food and beverage on ground floor; and a rooftop terrace on level 14. The project will see the building’s heritage architectural design and sitting preserved whilst achieving a 5-star Green Star Rating.
Construction began on site in November 2021, with the project due for completion in late 2023.
