Roberts Co has been engaged to deliver a state-of-the-art commercial precinct at 130 Little Collins in Melbourne’s CBD. The development will see 27 levels of premium office space with columnless floors for optimum flexibility.
The precinct is targeting 5-star Green Star, 5-star NABERS and Silver WELL ratings. Construction commenced in early 2022, and is expected to be complete in early 2023.
